Why did your website move?
The Creative Services website was moved so that it could be used more easily by both Plum-legacy and PACS-supported facilities.
Will I still need VPN to access your website from outside of my facility?
No. You will only need your PACS Microsoft account to access creative.pacshc.com from outside of your facility.
What if I don’t have a PACS Microsoft account?
To access our new site, you will need to log in with your new PACS Microsoft account. If you have not received one, please request one from your facility administrator.
I have a PACS Microsoft account but am having trouble logging in. Who can I call?
If you have received a PACS Microsoft account from your administrator but are unable to log in, please call the PACS Help Desk at (888) 977-6398.
